Transfer Guide
Transfers are processed by people who are Executive Committee. Transferring is when someone who is Leadership/HR+ in an existing agency requests to join another agency at a rank that is equal to their current rank.
The first thing that must be checked is the activity of the agency, and the main badge (100 members or more).
If they have passed the first stage, ask for their agency website. Use the ranks list on the website to thoroughly check what rank they are, and compare it to the Ranks list.
This is where it gets a bit trickier (for some) as personal opinions come into play. You must now decide what you think (within reason) what their rank should be. Keep in mind the value of an agency's size. If an agency just meets the requirements, you should not offer an equivalent rank. If it far surpasses the minimum member count you may offer them a rank much closer to what they originally had.
When you have made a decision on the rank they will receive, inform them of what rank you have chosen. When this is done, ask them to accept or decline. Tell them to request all badges needed, and accept them, or ask an admin to accept. If no badge admins are online then ask them to add [AB] to the end of their motto until their badges are accepted.

Rank Sellers Guide
Rank selling are only to be done by Internal Affairs. For a user to buy a rank, they must first complete and pass our Standard Training unless they work for IPD, or are working at another agency.
When buying a rank about Security/Training/Leadership, he/she must pass the training provided for those divisions as well. If anyone is caught selling ranks without validation, they WILL be severely demoted or fired.
