Introduction
Hello and welcome to the IPD training course.
I am (Username) and I will be your trainer for today.
You will need to reply with “Yes/No Sir/Ma’am”
Also, do not BRB/AFK, talk or move unless instructed to.
Those who fail to obey or become unresponsive will automatically fail training.

IPD Rules:
We have a few rules to follow while in the IPD Headquarters.
1. Respect everyone within IPD (both employees and civilians)
2. Follow all orders given by your superiors and address them as Sir/Ma’am.
3. Do not self promote, or you will be fired
4. Do not ask for room rights, pay or promotions.
5. Do not excessively use full on CAPS and/or inappropriate language.
6. Do not AFK/BRB while at FTF; use the AFK/BRB area.
7. Do not use enables/effects while in HQ. However, coloured chats are permitted.
8. Do not Mimic other users while in IPD HQ.
These rules apply to anyone and everyone who enters IPD.
Those who fail to obey these rules will be warned, striked or fired.

HQ commands:
WIthin IPD you will hear a variety of HQ commands.
Do any of you know any commands from previous agencies?

(if they all answer yes, then you may skip this section. If 1 recruit (Minimum) answers no, then proceed with this section)
FTF - “Fill The Front”
Proceed to the front desks and assist civilians
FTB - “Fill The Back”
Proceed to the right bottom corner of the HQ to AFK/BRB
FAS - “Fill a Station”
Proceed to fill any station that is not taken.
IAF - “Invite All Friends”
Invite all your friends on your friend list
AA - “At Attention”
Stand in front of the HR and face them
Wave by typing “o/” then say “Yes Sir/Ma’am depending on their gender/sex.
AE - “At Ease”
Sit back down and/or return to your previous duties

Recruitment:
When someone enters HQ, welcome them with a polite welcome message.
For example “Welcome to IPD, if you need any assistance come to the front desks.”
If a civilian wants a job, follow the B.U.M Procedure.
Badge - Get them to favourite the IPD Main Badge they would have joined
Uniform - They are allowed any Semi - Formal clothing.
Motto - Get them to make their motto [IPD] Recruit.
Make sure everything is correct then say :FTF (Seat number) to let recruits in.
If a civilian needs requires other assistance, direct them to a Higher Rank.

Now we will test your knowledge on what you have just learnt.
You will need to get 3/5 right in order to pass.
If you fail, you are more than welcome to retake training at a later stage.
Whisper “ready” when you are ready.
(Wait until everyone says “ready” in whisper)
1. What does FTF mean and what must you do when the command is given?
Answer: FTF means Fill the Front. They must go to the front desks and assist civilians
2. What does FAS mean and what must you do when the command is given?
Answer: FAS means Fill a Station. They must fill any station that isn’t taken.
